Layout algorithm : Node position

Hi,

Is there any way I can disperse the arrangement of nodes so that the graph shows all nodes clearly? I'm dealing with nearly 10,000-15,000 nodes and 88,000 - 120,000 edges. Is there any way I can force the layout algorithm to do this? Right now, I'm getting a ball of nodes as attached in the mail.
