Hello,
I am trying to use NMI with overlapping communities. Does the NMI
implementation support overlapping communities, or should each node belong to
only one? And if so, how can we use it?
So far I tested it with datasets which don’t include overlapping communities
and each node is assigned to only one community (which is represented by the
“groundTruth” attribute).
Thanks
