Selecting an edge with a mouse click

Dear Graphstream team,

First of all - congratulations on an excellent framework. 

I am however struggling to figure out how to select a specific edge. With the
ViewerPipe it is trivially easy to recognise node selections. But is there any
trick by which to select specific edges?
