What is this tool for?

Hi users,

We (the dev team) are trying to figure out what are the use cases of GS. What 
are the applications/problems/domains in which such a library is used?
 
If you are doing cool stuff with the lib and want to talk about it, why not 
posting us some description/materials/references of your work.
 
We will start an “Application” section in the website that will both promote 
your work and illustrate the possibilities of the library.
